Triton Technology Ltd. has now introduced a Humidity Controller that can be attached to the Triton DMA fitted with an environmental chamber. This allows a user to simply ‘dial up’ an appropriate humidity for environmental studies on samples. It is also possible to programme humidity versus time.
The device can also be used with other equipment such as a thermal balance, rheometer or as a stand alone instrument in the laboratory.
It is designed to control the humidity in a cell or container up to a maximum of approximately 200ml capacity. This volume may vary depending on the purge gas flow rate and temperatures / humidities required. In optimal conditions, it is possible to cover at least 20 to 80 % relative humidity and from 10 to 80°C.
